I am present at track sessions and can evaluate and give feedback on your running form.
I have 29 years of road running, duathlon, triathlon, and cross-country experience, which you can access during my sessions.
Group track training sessions
My runners train together during track sessions and support each other hence you have access to a large network of runners.
Group sessions – track training is offered 3 times per week.
Programme Distribution
Training programmes are distributed, tracked and analysed on Training Peaks. The basic Training Peaks package is free to my athletes.
Global
I have athletes all over the world. Online athletes get the same individual attention, support and programmes.
