Premium Package 

This includes

  • One hour, sign up, Face to Face session. Getting to know you and your goals.
  • Three track session per week under Michelle Coach Mee’s supervision.
  • Group Track sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Saturday’s. See below for details.
  • Individualised Monthly Training Programme uploaded onto Training Peaks.
  • Free Basic Training Peaks access.*
  • Annualised Training Programme (ATP) including all races (A,B and C category races).
  • Race strategies/plans for A category races.

Group Track Sessions

What are group track sessions, where and when are they held?

A running track is a flat, grass or tartan, accurately measured course on which to run. 1 Lap =400m.

It is ideal to learn to train at specifically determined paces, complete quality training consisting of repeats or interval training sessions. This can be done individually in a group setting. Each runner is given their own individualised track session depending on their running discipline, their current fitness level and their goals.

Venues and Times

Monday: 17:00 – Venue: Old Parktonians (B field /Opposite the bowling club)

Tuesday: 17:00 –  Venue: Old Parktonians (B field /Opposite the bowling club)

Saturday: 06:00 – Venue: Old Parktonians (B field /Opposite the bowling club)

Saturday: 07:00 (KIDS/sprinters*) – Venue: Old Parktonians (B field /Opposite the bowling club)
